What is the rate?

The rate is $375 per month, plus electric.  This is our full--time  rate but billed on a monthly basis. We meter the electric usage so you do not have to setup electric service on your own and we  pass the same rate we are charged from Farmers Electric. The monthly rate includes Wifi, water, septic, and trash.

Do you have any spots available?

We currently have 3 (three) newly constructed 60-foot pads with 20'x20' parking.

Do you allow older RVs?

The RV must be clean, and in “very good/excellent” condition.  If  it is older than 10 years, photos of  all 4 (four) sides are required for approval.  Please send photos to info@emoryoaksrvpark.com.

Do you allow dogs?

We allow a maximum of 2 (two) dogs per RV.  Aggressive dog breads or dogs that exhibit excessive barking are not allowed.  Dogs must be leashed at all times, except in the Dog Park.

Do you conduct background checks?
We use an outside company who collects payment directly from each applicant who is 18 years or older.

 

Do you have cabins, rooms, or RVs to rent?

This is an RV community for full-time residents only.  There are no cabins, rooms, or RVs for rent.

 

Do you have nightly rental options?

We do not offer nightly or weekly rentals as this park is designed for full-time RV living.

Do you have RVs for rent?

We do not supply any RVs, only lots to rent.

Do you allow Tiny Homes?

We have only structured the pads for RVs.
